Sawyers Ferry

… appears on the Moseley map, 1733, on Pasquotank River in what is now Camden County N of Sawyers Creek. Site was in Pasquotank Precinct of Albemarle County. Later Shipyard Ferry operated nearby. See also Shipyard.
