Flint Hill

… community in E Yadkin County near Yadkin River. A post office est. there in 1881 was named Shore. Inc. 1903 as Shore by A. E. Shore and others for the legal manufacture of whiskey. Charter repealed 1911. Present name adopted prior to 1924.
