… community in NW Washington County. Alt. 17. A post office, White Marsh, was est. there in 1878 and continued until 1886. A 450-acre tract of land there owned by Surveyor General Edward Moseley (1682-1749) was known as White Marsh, a name that appears on the Moseley map, 1733.
